Porky treats



Delivery of our first pig today - well, sort of, a beautifully butchered half-Tamworth - seen here with the two in-house piglets. Immediately pulled out some belly pork and minced shoulder for making chorizo, and had delicious liver for lunch. Slow roasted belly pork on the menu for tonight. All the rest is in the freezer for some mouth watering experiences over the next few weeks.
