Our daily bread

We've been trying to get the perfect size loaf, and came across this technique for putting the dough in the loaf tin - http://breadsecrets.com/tinloaf.html.

  1. I think that article makes it a long process which I hardly think is necessary but I have done rolling the dough to fit the tin which works well. I might try folding it for a change.

  2. I am very impressed with spelt for the taste of the bread and the quality of breadcrumbs to top veggie dishes mixed with cheese transforms an ordinary dish
