Porky pies

Sorry we've been off-air for a couple of weeks, but life sort of took over. Back to normal now, just spent a lovely day experimenting with Pork Pies. We got the meat from Hootons - and the recipe from the net, and off we went.


Pastry needs a good knead, just like bread

Lovely mix of belly pork, shoulder and bacon with a secret Cynlas blend of herbs and spices.


Moulded by hand, and washed with a Cynlas egg




How delic is that ???????
