Sausages


Third time lucky, after a bit of in and out by all the pigs, the piggy sorter came into its own, and Liam was safely on the way to Denbigh.
We've made him into ham, and our first experiment with specialist sausages, with herbs from the garden. We look forward to having these up for sale shortly. We experimented a few times, and we've nearly finalised the recipe for the Cynlas sausage.
